Description
GESTRA RK 86 and RKE 86 series check valves are compact, wafer-type non-return valves designed to prevent backflow in pipelines transporting liquids, gases, or steam.

These valves are installed between flanges and are equipped with closing springs, enabling installation in any position (horizontal or vertical).
Models without a spring are limited to vertical lines with upward flow.

The valve body is self-centering, eliminating alignment difficulties during installation.
The RKE version is specifically suitable for use as an end-of-line valve, such as a vacuum breaker, and comes with the required certifications and markings for such use. However, RKE valves are not intended for safety-related functions, such as pressure relief.

RKE variants are available only with metal sealing discs, ensuring robust operation in demanding conditions.
