Description
The BK 27N is a thermostatic steam trap with integrated thermosiphon element, designed for corrosion resistance and high-pressure steam systems.
It features a DUO stainless steel bimetallic regulator, which is externally adjustable and unaffected by waterhammer.

Key features include:

Internal Y-type strainer for protection against dirt and particles

Built-in check valve function for backflow prevention

Asbestos-free bonnet gasket (graphite-based)

360° installation flexibility – can be mounted in any position

The steam trap is factory-set to discharge condensate with minimal subcooling, ensuring high energy efficiency.
If additional subcooling is required, the unit can be readjusted externally when depressurized.
